What is your turn-around time?
Our standard turn-around time is 3-5 business days from order.
This allows for any additional pre-press work to be done, like jobs to be run together, and time for finishing – be it laminating, contour cutting or hems and so on.
If you have very specific deadlines, please let us know so we can work to them, we are very accommodating.
Do you brand your packaging?
We will use un-branded packaging for any of your orders not sent directly to you. Alternatively we can brand packages with your logo.
Do you supply artwork?
Whilst we do have graphic designers in house, as a trade printer, it is often clumsy and time consuming to be working back and forth between you and your client. We prefer to be supplied with print ready artwork by you.
What type of files should I supply?
Typically we require PDF files. Please convert all text to outlines and embed all images, elements and PMS colours.
If your file has Bitmat elements or is a JPEG please ensure it will work out to 100 dpi once at full size. (for example if file supplied at 50% full size, it should be supplied 200 dpi)
What if I have a non-standard job requirement?
If you have a complex project, or one that needs further refinement, we are more than happy to offer our advice to help you get the best outcome.

Where can I find artwork Specifications
Im using your online quote/ordering system and my specific requirement is not listed
We are constantly adding to our new quote/ordering software, some variations, or finishing types may not yet be online. Please make your requirements known in the comment section, send us an email, or call and we will add it in for future use.
Do you supply Proofs?
We can supply digital proofs. A hard copy proof will only be given if requested specifically.
