Flatbed Printing
We can print directly onto almost any rigid media up to 2.5 meters wide and up to 4 meters long and 50 mm deep with our HP R2000 printer. Common products include acrylic and aluminium composite panels for corporate display or architectural signage, corflute for temporary signage, expanded PVC and foam-board for POS or POP displays, and much more.
Self Adhesive Vinyl
There is a huge and ever growing range of self-adhesive vinyl products on offer for any application. Whether you require short term point of sale stickers, large format stickers for shop fitouts, or cast vinyl for car-wraps, are all available as well as a large selection of specialty printable films.
Flatbed Cutting
Brand new to Big Image Australia is our 3.2 meter x 3.2 meter Gerber MCT Cutter. This machine comes equipped with a big 5 kw router for hard materials. It also comes equipped with a multitude of blades and creasing tools for light materials and POP displays along with a laser to cut and seal fabrics in one go. With a cutting depth of up to 50 mm thick, it copes easily with most materials.
Media Finishing
Have a printer of your own and need your printed banners finished? We also provide heat welding, high-frequency welding, and sewing services for the sign industry.

What is your turn-around time?Our standard turn-around time is 3-5 business days from order. This allows for any additional pre-press work to be done, like jobs to be run together, and time for finishing – be it laminating, contour cutting or hems and so on.
